    Shio (Hakodate style). A chicken, pork, and fish broth with cha-su, scallion, menma, and bean sprouts. Shio's distinguishing characteristic is sea salt. Shoyu (Tokyo style). A chicken, pork, and fish broth with cha-su, scallion, menma, poached egg, nori, and naruto. Shoyu's distinguishing characteristic is soy sauce.
Tonkotsu Miso Hinomaru Gyoza
Tonkotsu (Hakata style). A creamy pork broth with cha-su, kikurage mushroom, scallion, menma, nori, and naruto. Miso (Sapporo style). A chicken, pork, and fish broth with cha-su, cabbage, corn, scallion, menma bamboo, and bean sprouts. This broth contains 3 types of miso and over 30 different ingredients. Hinomaru (New York style). A creamy pork broth with cha-su, kikurage mushroom, scallion, menma, bean sprouts, nori, naruto, and a fireball. It is fiery. Our gyozas are made fresh daily. A thin and crispy skin seals in the flavors of our moist and plump pork filling. The filling has a light scallion flavor to it.
